Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable. After this grace period, cancellations will incur full charges.
No Smoking Policy:
In commitment to the well-being and comfort of all our guests, our establishment maintains a strict no-smoking policy within all indoor areas and rooms. This measure not only aligns with health and safety regulations but also ensures a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. For the convenience of our smoking guests, designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
Quiet Hours:
Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our establishment values the tranquility of our surroundings. To respect the local wildlife and ensure a peaceful environment for all, we enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these times, we kindly request that all guests refrain from loud activities and disruptive noise, allowing everyone to enjoy a restful stay.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Efficiency and consideration for all guests are paramount to us. Please be mindful that our check-in time begins at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. Your cooperation with these timings is greatly appreciated as it allows us to prepare accommodations for incoming guests efficiently. Anytime outside these hours will attract extra charges.
Property and Parking Responsibility:
While we endeavor to maintain a secure environment, guests are reminded of their responsibility for personal belongings and vehicles during their stay. While we offer parking facilities for your convenience, guests are responsible for their parking arrangements.
